Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full*, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, then you will pay the return postage costs.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Returns After 14 Days (Goodwill Policy)
We may accept returns after 14 days at our discretion. Where accepted:
- A restocking fee of 12.5% may apply
- Refunds may be issued as store credit only
*Personalised/Customised Orders
Unfortunately, if an item(s) have been customised (embroidered) as part of your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item itself is faulty. The item will need to be returned to us first to be inspected before any refunds/replacements will be authorised.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion. A contract is formed only upon the shipping of goods from our facility to your chosen delivery address.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or personalised items deemed inappropriate (see ‘Custom Apparel Content & Acceptable Use Policy’ below). In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payment.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund or contact you to offer an alternative option.
Customised Products Content & Acceptable Use Policy
At FenderCovers.co.uk, we celebrate creativity and personalization. However, to maintain a safe environment for our production team and the wider public, we enforce strict limitations on the text and imagery we will manufacture.
1. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and issue full refunds for any customized apparel order containing text or graphics that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate our community standards.
2. Prohibited Content
We strictly prohibit and will not produce designs that include:
- Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, uses slurs, or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- Harassment & Bullying: Targeted text or imagery intended to defame, threaten, abuse, or cause alarm and distress to a specific individual.
- Graphic Violence & Illicit Material: Depictions of explicit violence, illegal activities, or adult/sexually explicit content.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Unlicensed use of copyrighted logos, brand names, phrases, or trademarks.
3. Order Cancellation Process
If your custom design triggers our internal filters or manual review safety protocols, your order will be automatically cancelled. A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Fendequip Mooring Products Ltd (T/A FenderCovers.co.uk) is not liable for any third-party losses, missed event deadlines, or inconveniences resulting from a cancelled order.
