Which Polyform Fender do I have?
Did you know there is more than one brand of Polyform Fenders?… Polyform Norway and Polyform U.S!

Can I make a change to my order once it has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an error with your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note that changes will not be possible once your order has entered production.
For customised Fender Covers, we offer both a digital only or digital + embroidered sample proofing service (both at additional cost) for added peace of mind. Alternatively, if you are happy with how your online visual mock-up looks and have followed our How to Order quide, then your order can be placed, ready for production.
Fender Covers and Fender Socks – what is the difference?
In the boating/yachting world, there is no difference! In Europe, the term Fender Covers is most commonly used whereas in North America, Fender Socks is more popular. In the USA in particular, the term ‘fender’ often relates to the front corner (wing) of a car. And of course, everyone is aware of the well known guitar brand too!…
Can I order fenders as well as fender covers?
We don’t currently offer the ability to order fenders with your fender covers. Our parent company Fendequip manufacture their own range of Inflatable Fenders (under the maxiStow brand), which are specifically suited for larger boats and yachts. You can browse the range and order these online at www.fendequip-direct.com
I can’t see my size/model of Fender listed?
Don’t worry! We manufacture fender covers for all popular fender brands. If you know the size/model of your fender, send us an email (ideally with a picture of the fender) with your details and the number of covers you require and our sales team will be happy to process your order directly.
How accurate are the colours shown?
Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate photos of all of our fender covers and thread colours, we cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy on any product due to natural variations in the manufacturing process. Please contact a member of our team to discuss any concerns you have regarding colour accuracy before placing your order. Please note, personalised items are exempt from our standard returns policy.

What colour fender covers can I order?
We offer a selection of 11 fender cover colours to suit all styles of Boat. They are all manufactured by us, from quality Acrylic wool – see our current range below:
Can I choose a font for my custom text?
Yes, we offer a selection of fonts when customising your Fender Covers with our Text Only or Logo + Text customisation options. Please see below for our most popular fonts!
Looking for something specific? Get in touch as we can source most font styles (may incur additional cost/production delay).
What size will my logo/text be when embroidered?
Logo’s and custom text automatically scale to fit the space available. This is roughly one third of the width of the fender, up to a maximum embroidery size of 44cm wide (e.g. only suitable for our biggest maxiStow Superyacht double ply fender covers).
If you require a specific sizing/proportion in relation to your logo or prefer the text to run vertically etc, please contact us to arrange a custom quotation.
Why does my logo have a background when I upload it?
If your logo file is a JPG, it will show a white background once uploaded. This is not a problem and we can still accept this file with your order. The background will be removed as part of our digitisation process, prior to embroidery. The online visual mock-up should be used as a guide only. If you have any concerns prior to placing your order, please get in touch.
Delivery & Aftercare
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only able to ship orders within the UK. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us.
Can Fender Covers be washed?
A cool hand or machine wash (with a little detergent if desired) will help to keep your fender covers looking their best.
Please note: incorrect care of your fender covers may result in premature wear/discolouration, therefore we would always recommend cleaning if only absolutely necessary.
