Deliveries & Returns

The delivery charge is automatically calculated according to the total weight of your items and your delivery address. You will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.

All orders will require a signature. If you are likely to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order.

We aim to dispatch goods in stock within 3 working days. Non-stock items/orders requiring embroidery may be subject to a later dispatch date. Please contact us first if your order is urgently required.

Occasionally items are not immediately available – we will then dispatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge.

UK Mainland Express Delivery:

  • Orders up to 10kg = £8.80 (ex VAT)
  • 10 – 30kg = £17.50 (ex VAT)

Isle of Wight:

  • Orders up to 10kg = £35.00 (ex VAT)
  • 10 – 15kg = £41.00 (ex VAT)

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and UK Highlands & Islands:

  • Orders up to 5kg = £38.00 (ex VAT)
  • 10 – 15kg = £52.00 (ex VAT)

Please note – Any changes to the delivery address once the order has been placed may incur an additional shipping charge.


Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.

If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.

If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Personalised/Customised Orders

Unfortunately, if an item(s) have been customised as part of your order (embroidered/printed etc), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item itself is faulty. The item will need to be returned to us first to be inspected before any refunds/replacements will be authorised.
